I will edit them and put everything together, maybe we can have a list of 100 things! I'll contribute with 3: 1 - Always dry your meat. They end up giving you more hunger/health/sanity and last way more.2 - Always put chests with winter stuff, weapons and food next to your touch stone/meat effigy. If you revive during winter/a hound attack, you'll have problems.3 - Create a lightning rod. Just create it, really. I am serious. Crock pot: at first I thought it was almost worthless, oh the shame... Play with sound on so you here the barking of approaching hounds. Don't make wooden walls and then try to fight off spiders with a fire staff (duh). Pacify treeguards you can't kill yet FAR away from your encampment so you don't forget and anger them again at a bad time.
