There isn't any benefit to her turning gold. It's just a really cool little visual effect, especially with bloom. And it wears off after the next dash attack. All of this is demonstrated in the video above. It doesn't allow her to glow in the dark or anything. She's just a shiny woman. I think this adds to the game more than it takes away, which is why I have not added it to the bug tracker. It's just a bit of fun PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE Don't patch this out! In fact.. I’d say just let her consume the charge from lightning rods into her lightning spear. Cool Bug, but it could be actually fun flavor perk.
