What do you mean by "most likely"? Webber can and already eats monster meat in-game, including that from spiders (he even has quote "Stale like mom's leftovers" (it's about spider queen, but still)), WX-78 - gears, one could argue Wormwood does that (he can eat leafy meat (drop from Hamlet's hanging vine) and all veggies he grows despite calling them "friends"), Warly has special dish for that occasion that is made from bones (that can be fish bones, but players leave exact same bone shards)... And I guess everyone who eats morsel as Wonkey already does the same.

Human flesh

WX78 … I’ve seen all those terminator movies, wait.. did they ever eat human flesh in any of those movies? Nevermind I retract my statement.

Robots are still completely evil and trying to take over the world though.

Wormwood. Look up the quotes for the removed "long pig".

exchept that would not realy seen as canibalisim if hes not human, since thats what canibalisim realy is, eating your own kind, wich then technicaly would be leavy meat, wich hes ok to eat taht stuff

I would say WX-78, because he lost most of his "human" feelings and his hate to flesh is another reason to do.

If we are gonna talk about "humans" that gonna eat, I would say Maxwell. The years he lived in darkness, the magic that made him loss his sane would clearly make him kill and eat for surviving if have to.

Wormwood eats like so many veggies, that counts as cannibalism.

Is it though? Cannabalism is the act of eating one's own species. Wormwood's specific species is some type of vine in Hamlet. Eggplants, Pumpkins, Carrots, etc are all fair-game.

Well... I guess if he were in the pumpkin skin he would be a cannibal for eating pumpkins, .

Yes it is, trust me I'm a plant scientist.

Maxwell literally disgusted by single thought that he have to eat berries and carrots now, why would you assume he could grown a taste for long pig?

A man has his standarts, and Maxwells second name is dapperness or elegance

But as I remember he do not refuse and he says "Only if I have to.". Even a cannibal can have standarts. Maybe he just hate berries.

I mean I hate orange and I would eat a human if I have to. Main question depents on being cannibal or have to being cannibal.

Warly. Bone Bouillon
2 Bone Shards, 1 Onion, 1 non-inedible filler (Ice, Vegie, Fruit, etc)
Friend of yours die? Grab a hammer and bash in that skeleton. Get 2 bone shards. Grab an onion.

Vous avez une délicieuse soupe humaine !

Walter. That cursed demon would do anything to toy with our minds, to bring us on the edge of insanity. He would bring this world to ash with nothing but his accursed rounds. He is the infinite, the beyond, the before. He will outlive us all and watch everything we hold dear pass into the great infinite beyond, until not even a memory of our life will stand. He will feast on our corpses for his own entertainment, our screams merely being music to his twisted mind. He will watch our skeletons fall to the test of time. He will watch our souls diminish to mere ash and then nothing. He is eternal and we are but puppets in a speck in a grand infinite play, our strings being pulled by a demonic boy scout, his twisted machinations being all we will ever feel, and when the strings snap we will all fall to the void that is known as Newhome.

Warly already can with the Bone Bouillon.

I mean you could make it using people but you could also make it using any other bones and it's not like Warly is the only one to eat it would kinda be like saying webber eating monster meat from a hound is still canabalism because they drop monster meat and spiders also drop monster meat.
