Its only use is to change the direction of cannons that are on the same boat. And it can only rotate in one direction. I do wish it rotated the sails of the boat too though, could be neat to have two different options for steering. Crockpots on the edge of a boat with an ice box on nearby land So I tried this and it doesn't work as great as on paper because when you place a structure in a Boat the character needs to be in the Boat to interact with it even if it's right infront of the character, so you are unable to open the Crock Pot on a Boat without the character jumping into the Boat. But what WOULD be nice, is if the sails rotated too, so it changed your direction as well. I would laugh myself till I cried if Wavey could make your boat spin around uncontrollably. Klei stops the sharks from rotating the world.. but then they add this?
