what if in the next year klei does a "skin conchept contest"?
i mean, im sure there are many that have a creative mind of doin something like that, like how i once saw a grass gator wurt during the halloween art contest, and i was thinkin "how is this not in the game?" and so i think it would be a great idea if klei would do this, they do a contest where people can submit there character skins or even item skins, and the winners of the contest will get there own made skins as a prize, and people that dit submit something but dit not win get like 1000 spools or something, oh and every skin that dit win in the contest are available to buy whit money or spools for the others,

what you think? i think this would be a great idea for a comunity thing

It'd be really cool to have some sort of community cosmetic system in a similar vain to Team Fortress 2. Would be a neat way to introduce some more character skins/item skins, but then my only concerns would be for how the art team feels about it.

Would it be a way to lighten the load? Or would it interfere with their jobs? Can they both exist?

How would they be monetized/obtained? Would it be spools only? I suppose it could incentivize buying skin packs for the spools to support Klei?

That is a great idea, I would love to see all the awesome ideas that would come from it! Also, it would be nice if there would be a category (a separate one) for non-artists to submit their ideas in writing for concepts, that way anyone could participate even if they feel like they don't have the artistic aptitude but still have cool ideas they want to share.

Which brings me to the community options for csgo and dota2. But I think klei is just an independent game studio.Of course, I'd be surprised if they did.

It'd be nice to see what the community's ideas for more Wormwood skin concepts for Survivor, Magmatic, Gladiator and Guest of Honor would be. I saw one for "Wormwood_Formal" and thought it was a great concept.

If this would ever happen, I'd hope the person who submitted the concept would get the skin with a Loyal quality, to display that they designed it.
Also if this ever happened, I would hope for a Loyal Butcher's Rack skin

A sailing themed set. Everyone gets a nautical themed outfit that fits their personality, but Wigfrid gets a Sailor Moon outfit for no real reason.

Honestly I'd kill to be able to have a way to allow the community to add in their own skins. I'd be fine even if its not character skins and is more just stuff like shirts and pants, you can still get creative with those!

I can't find the post, but a while back I suggested a Candy Cane walking cane skin and it was added later in an update. Don't know if it was because they liked my idea or not, or maybe I'm just a slowpoke that didn't know it was already in the works, but it was cool to see it regardless.

They seem to be taking ideas from player creations all the time, and I've seen the cowriting versions of Butcher's Rack, Reclaimed Relic, and Terrible Ooze Machine before they were added to the game.

The Chef Warly skin comes to mind along with the first drying rack skin. There was a very persistent forumer who would always concept both of these skins (cannot think of his name atm)
