Someone suggested at some point to make a thread with our favorite bits of writing in the game and I thought it was a great idea because Griftlands has really great and witty writing that is, in my opinion, one of the biggest charms of the game. Funnily enough I've had this encounter twice now but I didn't get the second part for either of them. I know what you're talking about though; I've read the lua file for the event. Anyhow, Rook sums up my reaction to this unfortunate event perfectly here Regrettably not pictured: he whipped out his pistols and yelled "Wooooo!" after clicking the prompt.
