You can get a hat though.Maybe high tier magical / science items changing the seasons.Maybe a penalty for having a too long beard. (Probably not)Beards might be used to warm the player, like half a hat.Changing characters Perks so that it's related with a cooldown. (thinking about Willow or Wendy)Don't Starve is like a mental thinking game, and it's related with alot of emotions and not so much an action game.Overlapping threats like hounds during the winter is one of the danger you need to plan beforehand, giving some really cool and hard situations.Caves? Trolololololol. It gets talked about in the office alot.Wee Mc'tusk is the little ones name.The beefalo hat and winter hat is warm hats!Deerclops, it is hard to see his head when he is on screen. You are like an ant to him, so don't tick him off. The amount of hits you can take from him: Not so many. It is his hands on the titlescreen of don't starve.Mobs got some ai kiting implemented.Killer bees are a bit too many, and will probably be lowered in this update200 sanity.Wolfgang will be nerfed. He is easymode.-I will add information from others posts down here!-Default winter lasts ~20 daysAs you play story mode you will unlock more stuff for the sandbox game.Nothing grows during winter.Mushrooms. (Might be used to heal the player, replacing some healing from food)No thirst meter.No new character this patch, we got alot of new characters these last patches.Roads are visible on the map.No sanity rising over daytime without dapper clothes, lesser sanity regeneration by cooked food.Considering beefalo dying of cold if you shave them before winter was also a thing.-Edit 2-Hounds are tougher.Deerclops - Best option is to run. You are like an ANT to him. Deerclops spawn isn't player managed, he kind of makes his own decisions.Screen freezing over as you grow cold. You need to periodically stand next to fire to warm yourself up.Kevin is a very fit game developer!Wilson got inner body temperature when he stands near fire it goes to max, when he leaves the fire his temperature will constantly sink and he takes damage, wearing clothes only slows down the cooling.The characters are weaker (not sure).Food rots a little bit slower when on the ground during winter, kind of like the ice box but not as strong.
