  1. Hi there, without knowing where you're trying to ship this item, it's hard to say what's going on. In some regions full taxes and duties are included in the prices (you pay no additional customs). Since our store is located in the USA, unfortunately with their recent frequent changes to taxes and tariffs, there have been some high prices to certain regions and that really is the price for us to ship the item. We pass on exactly what the Fedex API charges us. That being said, if the API is getting wrong info about your location or package, we can investigate.   2. Hey everyone, I'm back with an update. I spoke with Youtooz directly and brought up this thread with them. I was unaware of the delay. Being responsible for making the merch on the Klei Shop, I certainly understand delays can happen when it comes to the complexities of making and shipping physical goods. That being said, we agree the communication of this delay could have been better. I've asked that any future delays or updates that affect future or current orders of Klei merch are communicated with us, but also to customers directly and quickly once the situation is confirmed. Later today an email will be going out from Youtooz to EVERYONE that bought one or more WX and Wickerbottom figures, even if your figures showed up. In this email I have provided them with unique codes for 4,000 Klei Points. That’s enough for 1,500 Spools in Don’t Starve Together, or a couple of items from the Klei Rewards page. I wanted to say thank you for everyone who supported this release and apologize for the delay and lack of clear communication. That email also lets all players know that while most pre-orders have already been delivered, we can confirm a portion of orders missed the original estimated shipping window. We’re sorry for the extra wait, and they are working to get the remaining orders out as quickly as possible. For those who do not have their figures yet, I've asked them to include a clear shipping update which is as follows: Thanks again for supporting our latest Don’t Starve x Youtooz collection featuring Wickerbottom and WX-78. We really appreciate it. I'm going to work with them to try and improve communication for future releases we may do. Personally, working with them has been enjoyable on my end design wise, and they are helping us make figures and merch for characters that I may not be in position to make myself right now. So hopefully we can work with them to improve and make a smoother process. I really appreciate the feedback and folks bringing this to our attention.
  3. Hey totally fair question, happy to answer. We were hopeful they would work out and seemed really great when we first used them. After a few years of using them, we decide to part ways because unfortunately the prices they were quoting stopped being accurate. What was happening was they were offering great pricing on our store front, and then later sending us a bill for "Adjusted Shipping Rates" because what they charged for shipping, it turns out they could not actually ship the items at those prices. When they shipped the item it actually cost a lot more, and they would pass that difference on to us as "An Adjustment" in our billing. So in the end, we were paying the difference on our end, and had no way of predicting accurately what real shipping was for any given order to many regions. This was not sustainable or realistic for us to do, especially if we're running a large sale etc. We'll continue to look for other shipping partners but the reality for a shop of our size, is short of opening warehouses in other regions that we control, which we're not able to do at this time, I have not found a partner that can provide better rates and with fedex lost package claims dropped to almost 0%, when previously there was a noticeable amount of failed deliveries and it's our policy to fully reimburse or re-ship as that's not the customers fault at all. Hope that helps explain the situation. I agree shipping international is really rough these days and we'll keep looking for other options for players outside of North America.

  6. Hey there! We looked into this and you are correct! Track 04 Among The Stars on Disc 2 was the wrong file and we intended it to be a mix made from the layers in the video you posted. We've updated the OST on Steam with appropriate meta data and the new file. If you re-download the soundtrack again you should have a new version of "Among The Stars."
  7. Hi there, yes shipping prices continue to rise for shops like ours globally. With our warehouse located in the USA, unfortunately this is the costs of sending a commercial package to Poland in 2025. We make absolutely no money on shipping and in fact often are under charging. Short of opening a EU based warehouse and stocking it with new inventory, which is not realistic for us to do at this time, we have not been able to find a better solution for certain regions with high shipping fees unfortunately. We'll continue to look, but we either need to charge this price or not offer it at all, which sucks but we feel is the best of a worst situation.
  8. @Phyan Hey sorry for the delay, this thread got missed and I had to look into what license this font had. It's listed as Free for Personal and Commercial Use by the author Lluís Bartra when they released it in 2006. In 2014 we made our own special version that added more characters. I see no reason why we can't share this and I've attached our modified font here. We have limitations in the game on how many characters we can include. However, in your Twitter request here that alerted me to this, you said: I can confirm that in the next hotfix of the game these three characters will become natively supported. If you want to create additional ones for a mod etc, you can use the included font file and something like http://www.angelcode.com/products/bmfont/ to create those.   9. We unfortunately do not have an accurate ETA, we hope at most a couple of days. This is generally the case once submitted. It's challenging for us to forecast patch ETA on console once submitted. Unlike Steam where we can just push updates live ourselves, on all consoles there are additional internal cert processes and approvals for any updates making it unpredictable to even us. But this is definitely a high priority issue for us and we'll try to do what we can to get a patch out ASAP. Thank you for your patience and to everyone who reported so our port partners could address this, and apologies again for anyone impacted by this.

  11. Changed Status to Fixed Hey everyone, thank you for the reports, and apologies if this happened to you. This issue seems to be caused when the game attempts to save your profile (total player progress, not an individual save) and the new profile data is smaller than the existing profile. Just wanted to confirm that this is a Switch specific issue and our porting partners have managed to reproduce and fix this issue. It will be coming in a future patch that we are in the process of getting approved by Nintendo to release.
