Is it true that there's a better chance of getting rare items through Trade Inning during the Hallowed Nights?

I always thought, trade inn just give you 1 rarity class higher. How many times did you trade in your stuff? Tried my luck with some commons but just got the same items multiple times in a row. so i stoped doing it.

Usually that's the case, yes, but there is a slim chance that the trade-inn ignores this rule and you get something of an even higher tier then expected. Also, despite the old event items having rarities like distinguished and elegant, their drop rates seem much higher then items of those tier usually are.

Thats feel when Trade Inn works to get the old hallowen skins but not the Spools...

Trade Inn never worked with weavable items. Especially since you can just unravel 9 items to weave one of higher rarity that you can chose and isn't randomly generated.

So, how he got all that?

I guess bought a ton of skins from the steam market. You need really lot of skins to trade in to get so many elegants.

Or you have to be that guy who idled over 2000 skins on family sharing accounts when it was possible.

Are these from last year or this year? And did you use spiffies?

I bought tons of spiffy, over +200 to be honest, and then I did trade inn.

I see, so its a fact:

Trade Inn works to get the old hallowen skins but not the Spools.

Is it always like that every hallow night event? Because I saw BloodRaven did that last year and this year as well.

There was never any argument about it... Trade Inn never gave you weaveables...

I think you're missing their point. They're saying you can't get weavable items from the trade inn.

Wrong. In previous versions of game (last Winter Feast I think) we can get classy WF Chest for 9 commons and another weaveable spiffies for 9 classys. Later Klei removed it (for good).

Hey!

It's still possible. ;)

Yeah, you're right. I completely forgot that.
