Kate still wanted to cry over the scare and harsh treatment the sea monster gave, but she had noticed that whenever someone else cried or got upset it made the puppy cry. He was just starting to calm down; she didn't want to get him worked up again. So she sucked it up and held it in. The dragon couldn't help but be a bit tense. Her head knew that these humans peoples didn't want to hurt her, but her instincts kept telling her "You're injured and they're moving towards you. They want to hurt you." This would be a long wooden floaty thing ride...
