The crab looked up at him with big, starry eyes. Gyx looked sad. "Rgh... Drghnt ygh wrghy... Rghll bgh bghck srghn..." He nudged the crab towards Noctimus. " plgh wghth thgh lghtl brghnny-thghng, and bgh nghs... Rghk?" The crab ducked its body twice in response. Gyx touched his crab on the head, and gave it a little scratch. Gyx then flopped over the edge into the water. Instantly, he started searching the ground for trinkets. Ooh! An empty bottle! Ooh! A 20-sided die! Ooh! A book of summoning! Ooh! A bag to hold stuff in a sanitary way! Gyx was so busy with collecting things that he almost forgot what they were looking foor.
