He also pulled the seaweed from his shoulder, and tossed it into the fire. The fire cackled from the moisture of the seaweed, but quickly burned it, and became slightly stronger. Gyx still hadn't noticed that there was a green starfish sitting on the side of his head. Atop her head, two cat ears spread out and twitched, a barley pink dot visible inside the black fur of the ears. Suddenly, she seemed to fade away, the area where she was standing now being shrouded in a black, misty smoke, and when it cleared, Julian was no-where to be seen. There was, however, a trail of footsteps that lead towards the forest in centre of the island. (HAH! You faunist bastard, you thought that just because she was a feline faunist, she would hate water! Just because she adores fish, hates dogs, gets distracted by laser pointers... S*IT.) S/he set it down and followed the human that went off, (Farmen) as they seemed to know what they were doing and Wheke did not. ------------ The lizard must have read her mind because the next thing to happen was a jet of fresh water hit her. It was just what she needed. Gilda would not stifle a giggle at the orange creature's reaction. It was pretty funny considering that the creature it's self had the potential to be pretty scary. Gilda stood and smiled. "Just a little water, bit of a rude awakening though." Gilda petted its head as she walked past and headed into the jungle. Angelle looked a bit sad as her new means of transport had failed. However, a moment later she dashed in Famen's direction. Famen was replacing the boards that were damaged by a white whale and monster jaws. Famen went to get another log when he stubbed his foot on a seashell poking out of the ground. "AH! FU-" Famen caught himself on his words while reminding himself Kate was around. Famen examined the seashell and tried smashing it against the wood a few times to see it held it's weight. This gave Famen an idea. He gathered more seashells in the area and tied them all together around the boat as a sort of armor. "That'll hopefully keep my boat safe from monster jaws." Famen said to himself out loud. Angelle was just lying to the side gnawing on an extra shell. (Danny's character is a reference to someone from an anime called RWBY. I watched like 2 episodes of it before getting sidetracked. I gotta give it another shot, it's pretty good.) Personality: Happy, Outgoing, very childish, naïve and tends to overthink things a little bit too much, though also very kind, easily forgives and forgets, absolutely hates the rain, loves the heat and hot places. Appearance: Jet-Black hair, A green T-shirt and black pants, not tall, not small, just... normal height, quite thin and frail, appears to be a teenager, always wearing his "nerdy" glasses. Strengths: Fast, easy to go unnoticed, loves Summer and the heat, has an umbrella that, although old, doesn't seem like it will break so soon... Weaknesses: Doesn't hit very hard, hates the cold and Winter (freezes quickly, basically), absolutely hates the rain, can't see anything without his glasses, is afraid of the darkness and what lies in it... Etc: No matter where he goes, he's always carrying an old, blue umbrella. Be it raining or not, he never sets it down. Ever. A male doydoy also seemed to taken a liking to him and he follows him around everywhere he goes. woooooooooo can I jump in on the fun now?) Mark was clinging on to his umbrella's shaft as if for dear life. He was surrounded by ocean. Ocean everywhere. EVERYWHERE!! That ocean... no. ALL oceans were nothing but death. Certain and slow, painful water-y death. There was a (now turned out) lantern on top of his umbrella, to give him light and a Doydoy sitting on his head. Calmly sleeping. Dreaming with food. Piles and piles of food, each looked as delicious as the other, and he couldn't wait to dig his beak on- "LAND! LAND! FINALLY SOME LAND!" Mark shouted, as he saw the island the others were in. The Doydoy was abruptly awoken, and he didn't like that at all. He proceeded to try and peck Mark's glasses, so he could break them and THEN peck his eyes out, while Mark did his best to shoo him off and not let him or his glasses fall on the ocean. "ACK! STOP YOU STUPID BIR- AAAHHH!" He yelled as he saw the giant monster on the island's shore. The Doydoy panicked as well. He saw some blurred figures on the island, and didn't quite see they were other humans. (and non-humans too). He only kept trying to swim away from the island that beast was on. His efforts clearly in vain, as he only approached the island faster. He turned back towards the sea, and saw a poor human slowly approaching the island, while a delicious vicious looking bird pecked at his face. She was still sleepy, and sleep felt so good. Why couldn't she just go back to it... "You have to get up at some point. Besides, didn't you want to try fishing again?" She sighed in defeat and pulled the blanket down from over her head, slowly sitting up. Her insides still hurt, but not as much as before. She yawned and rubbed her eyes.
