Wave after Wave

Kade was leaning over his sister, conflicted with wanting to comfort her and not wanting to touch her as it might hurt her. "Kate, are you alright? Can you hear me?" He asked, a bit panicked. She didn't feel aright; she still hurt a lot inside. She could hear her brother alright, but everyone else had kinda been muffled. She only now caught Trevor yelling something about a whale. "M-maybe you should eat something... You haven't eaten anything in a while, it might make you feel a little better." Niether Kade nor Kate was really sure that would do anything, but she was really hungry, and it was the only thing he could think to do. She slowly sat herself up, wincing, and tapped Trevor's leg, or arm, or shoulder, she couldn't really tell. "C-can I h-have m-my fish?" She asked weakly.

Upon the mention of fish, Julian perked up.

"Do you mind it a bit sandy?"

"N-no, my f-fish... Trevor c-cooked m-my fish..." Kate was instant upon getting the fish that she had caught. She was proud of catching that fish, and she was going to be the one to eat it.

"Of course! Trevor, where's the fish she caught?"

(Sorry for the one-line, but there's not a whole lot to say )

(*realizes Famen's bag broke* *internal screaming* Also, I come home from school to 2 whole pages. Lovely.)

Famen glanced at his bag to get another fish. He just realized that his pack had been slashed open. Famen let out a girly high pitched shriek as he ran off into the darkness with only the little light from his phone. He came across a small palm tree. Famen cut off one small strip of palm leaf and fashioned a wooden needle from bark. He ran back to the fire a little later to sew his pack back together. "Please...never...do that again..." Famen said to Julia as he concentrated on sewing up his pack, slightly distressed.

(Famen cares about his pack. And also tries to invent literally anything if he goes crazy enough. That palm leaf thread isn't gonna last long.)

"Wha? Oh! Here it is!" Trevor said, quickly rushing to the pile of fish to retrieve her catch and back. He held the fish in front of here, waiting for her to take it.

Quick as a flash Julian picked up the fish and darted over to Kate.

"Fish's right here. Eat up!"

(Oh, and I'm running on fumes sleep wise. Probs gonna RP for another hour before crashing into my bed...)

Kate uttered a small thank you and took the fish. She bit into it, and as soon as the taste of food registered on her tongue she couldn't control herself and quickly devoured the rest of the catch, barely even stopping to chew. It was the best food she had ever tasted.

(Danny, I would suggest not staying up so late to rp. Maybe there wouldn't be as many misunderstandings if you weren't sleep deprived.

For example, look at Dara's signature. That "I'm gonna grass it's real early. IL ebjar in like 7 mins." part happened one time when she was staying up really late to rp with me. She couldn't even remember what she was trying to say with that when she came back after getting some sleep.

The lesson is: don't stay up late to roleplay, or else you're going to grass and ebjar in, like, 7 minutes. And no one wants that.)

Gilda was slumped over, fast asleep. The day had tired her out and sleep had claimed a victim.

Wheke pondered who s/he should talk to next. S/he needed to know her/his army...-lings better. There was an addition to the group that they didn't recognise. S/he walked over to the four-legged furry thing. "Hello! I am Wheke, your new captain!"

Juliana looked up as she was approached.

"No talking now. I'm too tired. Wake me up tomorrow and I'll be less inclined to brutalise you"

 

( Yeah. Self-Depriving myself of sleep is something I do with startling regularity. It's why my face is constantly burning with the shame of slapping yourself)

It's 9am for me now, im at school and I drop in during the day. However Dwer goes to sleep in an hour and misses out on a lot of the action but when I sleep, others, including himself, are awake and I miss out on some stuff.}{Sleep is very important, cant stress it enough.}

Gyx ate a hearty fill of meats, but there were still a few pieces left over even after he "Stored" a days worth inside him. He offered the soggy, sand-covered meats to each person in the group,  just to check if they were interested.

(Why you'd trust a crying, "teleporting" Tsundere teenage girl dressed in black anyway, I have no clue at all. I can normally slot time in for RP'ing... It's just recently I've had my schedule messed with so I'm out of sorts)

As she saw the sodding wet meat, Julian let out a small retch, before returning to her blanket/shirt. "Don't wake me up again please, even if someone does do something equally stupid"

She let out a small sigh before closing her eyes.
