I've gotten a few characters up to 100+ but then I start to lose interest, stop playing that save for awhile, then once I've stopped playing a save for too long I just feel the urge to scrap it and start fresh.

 

Edit: It should be noted that this was Pre-RoG.

Yeah, I usually get the urge to scrap saves if I haven't played them in a while too. The longest I've lasted is 256 days. I died because it was back when you could set beefalos on fire with a torch (that was a glitch apparently and was fixed a long time ago), basically I could set beefalos on fire with a torch and they wouldn't attack me and basically burn to death and drop cooked meat.

 

I died because one day I decided to set a beefalo on fire and it set its fellow beefalo in its herd on fire and I got boxed in by the large herd that was on fire and got burned to death XD

My first Maxwell world had about 600 days on it. I loaded it up recently and simply deleted it since I had no clue what I should do and it was wasting slot space.

Yeah I have this same problem, wilsons the farthest ive gotten at about 150 days

My longest is 350... Stupid depth worms. I have a save that's around 330, trying to last til 365 at least.

Pre-RoG it was about 317 days before I got tired and moved into World 2. Then I played 75 days but I finally deleted the game since I will only play RoG games from now on anyways.

 

My most advanced game so far in RoG is at 316 days as Webber, still counting up!

I had a Willow save that I played up to 250 a long time ago, the only other two I can remember is a Maxwell save I ended at Day 90 because ROG came out and a Wendy ROG save that I got to day 98 to before going through the Teleportato to see how a World II ROG save plays.

I had a long running world.  Around day 500 I had no idea what to do.  I resorted to ripping up the swamp.  Didn't even a chance to die doing that.  Deerclops stomped in unsuspectingly on the first day of summer ... then fire hounds came when I revived.  Maybe one day I will rip the swamp a new one.

Longest I have ever been in a world was 300+ days...but I always start new worlds before day 120-ish nowadays

Usually when i get to around 65-100 days i get bored and make another world/play other gaims.

Can't really remember, longest since getting Reign of Giants and starting to play again is 31 I think.

I had a 400+ world with Wilson before and I remember the file get messed up by updates or mods of some sort, but I wasn't upset because it was the first time I was playing the game in ages and I was going to start fresh anyway.

I have only gotten around 100+ in RoG, simply because I get bored.

I don't know how I got to 400+ the first time around. 0.0 I remember having a goal of making the whole world civilized by bunnymen or something equally insane.
