While exploring I just found 3 mandrakes and as usual I'll probably end up taking then to my camp. The problem is how to "protect" and avoid them being eaten.Do turkeys still eat them even in the ground? With the new update pigs are more "greedy" than ever, are they also a threat to my little pets?Please post if you guys have any solution on how to keep them around my camp protected.P.s. NeedPants Posted December 3, 2012 Share Posted December 3, 2012 its brought I never actually played around with mandrakes much. i always put a trap down when i find one, so it shows on the map, but ultimately i tend to dig em up during the day and cook em in the crockpot with carrots, IF i do anything with them. Its sort of like a scarecrow, though i can guess its mostly just a placebo effect, it gives me some piece of mind.
