  1. Oh god. This is an awesome thread! XD
  2. It is? well... yeah, in that case...*goes back to fiddling with things*There we go. ^-^
  3. This is now my profile pic. Thankies. ^-^... ... Should be... *pokes forum*
  4. Just discovered my own land of Killer Bees. Currently running for my life. Believe it's not intended.
  5. After waiting for the new update to arrive, I eagerly fired up an brand new map. One of the first things I saw was a rather peculiar clump of grass, a perfectly uniform 3x3 square. My initial response was curiosity. I wondered if it was an added feature or simply a glitch. I Soon discovered a small pig village with both grass and berry bushes growing in this manner. Now, my question is, is there now some way in which we can actually plant groups of grass, berry bushes and twigs in a uniform manner, as opposed to the previous guessing, estimating and all around trial and error of planting nice rows? I know this is more of an aesthetics thing and not vital to the actual gameplay, but I know other people have planted farms of twigs and grass in neat rows and am sure it would be appreciated if there was some method that allowed easier planting of uniform rows or squares of such.
  6. Then we should most definitely add a random button. But if we're going to make it truly random, it should not appear in any set location. Have it pop up at any time, anywhere on the screen. And when you press it, it will do something completely random. Open your internet browser. Open someone else's internet browser. Shower you mother in freezing cold water. Purge your computer's harddrive. Melt your boss' harddrive. Start playback of a woman continually moaning and crying "OH, GOD! OH, YES! OH, GOD! OH, YES!" Launch seven nuclear warheads at Russia, China and Atlantis. Open a black hole in the middle of the Oval Office that only sucks in clothing.Random character choices? pfft That is so lame.
  7. I guess people are too busy whining about spoiled food stockpiles to have time to try and decypher a code.
  8. I guess I made it harder than I thought. heh. And here I am not knowing a damned thing about codes and stuff. lol
  9. You realise that in dying, you do actually progress, right? Death teaches you many things, particularly to not do the same thing that resulted in your death. It's really not a matter of the game being made poorly, but a matter of personal preference in the way games are designed. Put simply, if you want a game where you can get from beginning to end and learn everything, all in one playthrough, you should play another game and not this one.
  10. lol look at us. we are like crack addicts and Don't Starve is our heroine. Klei is our dealer and we are hanging out for our next fix XD
  11. At least it's not saying we have to wait another 14 days to get this update lol
  12. I see nothing wrong with food spoilage. It's only a problem if you are a hoarder who likes to stock huge amounts of food and then just neglect gathering and cooking for a long while because of a large stockpile. It really shouldn't be much of an issue as long as you are at least half competent at managing your stuff.
