I don't mind the wait for the actual beta, but i'm finding it hard to manage my expectations - Just cause of the post saying 'We'll have more info soon'. 

I just worry about the 'soon', cause it's pretty reasonable to say that it's a little past soon. 

I'm sure the info will come bundled with the beta release but the radio silence does leave it a little up in the air as to what to expect.

There are 3 facts against this: •1 we were told that beta is coming soon •2 there were no updates this month yet • we were not told that the schedule changed 1 time a month. So we have every legitimate reason to wait and hope

beta wait has driven me to madness, so here's the last few times they said soon on update posts that wasn't about the nintendo switch version 

june 2nd 2022 "klei fest" -> "starting beta for next big content update for dst very soon" -> moon quay beta june 16th 2022

june 30th 2022 "curse of the moon quay" -> "plenty to check out soon" on character refresh -> wickerbottom refresh july 14th 2022

January 19th "year of the bunnyman" -> "new roadmap coming soon" -> Road map came march 14th

april 27th "10 years of don't starve" -> "soon enough" for next couple updates ->  "terror's below" beta was june 1st


so clearly the time representing soon is getting longer, we can't expect the beta until halloween :shock:

Soon is not that vague, soon would be pretty in line with other soons right? Which this surpasses :p

The rough eta i guess is anytime now up until the heat death of the universe :D

I come from a war torn future where the update got delayed to December but when December came they had a status update saying it would still be coming soon and the next world War was somehow sparked.

Tbf I think it's entirely the fault of skill trees while new content is fine people are always foaming at the mouth for their favorite characters to get new toys.

It's not a dst exclusive thing either.
