Pine Cones, Birchnuts, and Twiggy Tree Cones can now be stored in the Seed Pack-It

Could you add sprouting stone fruit too? You can't place it in the Seed Pack-It.

I love how changes are going and simply making better the experience. Reading what the people are saying and my experience:

- Wormwood still feels like needing some buff, maybe force bloom with the new salve, or add some advantage or new craft using the new weeds

- The seeds backpack could accept ice to make things inside spoil slower or have a evolutuion, just like the gardener hat, with maybe blue gems to have this effect.

  • Restored the soil tilling and planting distance to the previous value
  • Added a plant stress category “overcrowding” which will cause stress on if there are more than 10 plants in a tile (includes weeds)

Very nice and elegant solution to the unintended 16 crops/tile situation while not making the tilling really difficult. Huge props to you for that one!

My opinion is not about this hotfix but about this 'Reap what you sow' update.

How about upload rotten giant plant on the plant registry? Because it's too bad that we can't see such a unique design on the register page. Could I know the reason why the rotten giant plant doesn't register on the page?

I'm curious, unless I'm misremembering the spacing, it should be just as hard to put more than 9 crops on a tile with wormwood as it would be with a hoe, right?

From what I know, it's a little easier than doing it with a hoe because plants will block the placing of other plants instead of getting destroyed like soil mounds do. I've managed to accidentally plant more than 9 plants per tile as Wormwood quite a few times since this update.

Yes, I have tried it. I've research 'planted rotten giant pumpkin' and 'picked rotten giant pumpkin' both.

How can I register rotten giant pumpkin on the plant registry?

I think it's impossible now because there is no space for the rotten giant plant.

You can't register it.

The Plant Register lists farm plants, not harvested vegetables.

Just for the sake of the accuracy, I'm going to say that there is a spoiled version of planted, unharvested giant crops:

I don't think they need to be researchable, though.

Yes. I have checked it both, planted and harvested version.

Thanks for the more detail explanation.

Yes. It actually doesn't 'need' to be. But it's weird to me that we can register 'rotten' but not 'rotten giant'

This is a bug that will be fixed in the next hotfix.

DST have 10 veggies, 6 of them pair with each other into a perfect 3-crops-combo.

Garlic-Onion-Pepper

Pumpkin-Eggplant-Corn.

That leaves us Toma, Asparagus, Carrot, Potato.

Toma has a difference 2-negative-1-positive Nutrient Cycle, then Klei decided to copy Corn, Purmpkin, and Eggplant Nutrient cycle for Asparagus, Carrot and Potato ?!!

Should we have something like:

Asparagus:    -1    2   -1

Potato:             2   -1   -1

So those two can pair with Toma into a perfect 3-crop Combo.

That leaves Carrot to pair with Watermelon into a perfect 2-crops-combo.

So now we have all 14 crops pair with each other into perfect-combo.
