Soulwind
Well, babies don't get groomed. If it's adults you are talking about, then I'd say that your rancher may be just too busy to get to all of them before the prior grooming expires. You might need more ranchers. Sasza22
Is the room a stable? Can`t tell from the screenshot if it`s not too big. If it`s not a stable it shouldn`t work. It`s kinda wird thet they groom some of them but not others though. Might be some kind of glitch there. Maybe saving-loading helps.
Soulwind
I considered that it's not a stable too, especially with the qol changes. What stopped me on that was the statement that some are getting groomed. Unless he meant some in a different stable and none in this one.?
Nitroturtle
Make sure that the dupes who have ranching prioritized also have the required ranching skills.
Nightinggale
The only thing I can think of is to set the priority to 9. If all hatches are being groomed after that except for a specific adult one, then upload the savegame as a bug report. I see no reason why it shouldn't be all or none for the grooming. Coolthulhu
I think they have a range limit. Try making your stable more square or at least block off a part of it so that the hatches can't reach it.

It's placed right at the edge of the room. Alternative add another one. That will also allow two dupes grooming at the same time if that is what you want. JohnFrancis
That is an odd one, the grooming station is not showing an error so it's in a correct sized room. I got only two possible theory's, 1) Reload the save and see if that helps, always worth a try. 2) Any chance the pathing to the ranch is blocked for the relevant dupes? metallichydra
reloading seemed to help. it was a 96-tiles stable dupes can reach them - they groom the others the hatches tend to stay at the grooming station the ranchers have the ranching skill the other hatches in this stable was groomed

Neotuck
I build my hatch stables 6x16 with the grooming station in the middle, then fill the rest of the space with art (ranching is stressful so having room for art really helps)
