rosie1234567
I'm not good at English so I'll just show you as picture. It's not my idea, I just watched youtube and just followed it. That youtuber is 모하TV I think it would be helpful for you. Don't forget to connect the power line and the liquid pipe to the electrolyzer when making it. Don't forget to connect the power line and the gas pipe to the end of the right side when making gas compression room. *Electrolyzer Insulated tile, insulated gas pipe : Igneous Rock Radiant gas pipe : Wolframite Hydrogen generator, gas pump, electrolyzer : gold amalgam all automation settings, battery, shut off, element sensor : gold gas pipe element sensor : hydrogen Fill the cooling chamber , Hydrogen generator, battery *Gas compression room Horizontal filter gate : 1 sec vertical filter gate : 3 sec gas pipe element sensor : hydrogen, oxygen, chlorine, natural gas, carbon dioxide, contaminated oxygen( the last sensor) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ I played about 260days and there was some problems like battery was broken. So, I changed the layout. Thank you for all feedbacks. Saturnus
It also have a fatal flaw. It has a NOT gate between an element sensor and a shut-off valve. This will create problem. This will create problem. I never noticed any issues. Is the problem that lag can make it trigger on the wrong gas or something? Apart from that it's not needed. It removes hydrogen and "not hydrogen". The latter could be replaced with oxygen. I do get that "not hydrogen" is also other gasses like CO2, but the system is sealed. If there is no other gas, the not gate is a waste of refined metals. Abt9
This looks overly complicated to be practical for me. Or it could be just a bad piece of explanation. Nightinggale
Why is the battery in an insulated room with no cooling? Won't it overheat over time? If the room is sealed, then yes. If there's any element getting added to the room, then it won't. In this case, the water pipes going to the electrolyzer could flow through the battery room (in granite pipes) and completely prevent the battery from overheating. I've done this for my favorite electrolyzer build: Spoiler Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/105958-electrolyzerself-powering-oxygen-module-gas-compression-room/#findComment-1192740 Share on other sites

I'm completely aware that you can cool insulated rooms with pipes, particularly if they have a high thermal conductivity. However what I see in the screenshots is a room with an active battery and no pipes at all. In fact I can't see any water pipe going to the electrolyzer. It must be hidden in the wall. rosie1234567
The reason I posted this idea is that youtuber I mentioned is Korean. Many of Korean's have difficulty in using English so I thought he could have a same problem and never gonna use forums. I thought it is a good design and wanted to share it. 12 hours ago, Yoma_Nosme said: And why hydro sensor exactly? Manual override by player? Or miss build?.. That sensor is just for using gas pump when you want to use. You can use it as just switch. 11 hours ago, beowulf2010 said: Not gates have a slight delay in sending the inverted signal and can cause incorrect packet distributions at faster game speeds and/or high cycle count bases. If you use NOT gate, you don't have to make gas pump rooom with vaccum or only hydrogen and oxygen. If you use sensor as hydrogen and oxygen, the other gases will infinitely go around the circular pipe cycle. Try temp controlling an aquatuner to tight temperatures using a NOT and not using a NOT gate and see the difference. Using a temp sensor and a NOT gate behind makes no sense as you can set "above" or "below" the threshold. But if you say so, I do believe you as I've never tested myself, for the reason above. The "is" and "isn't" do not exist with element sensor, unfortunately. That's why I use a lot the NOT gate. What about the element -liquid- sensor with a shut-off ? What about the temp -gas- sensor ? That's a different topic but I would be interested about the flaw you're talking, to get if it's "temp sensor" relative", or "liquid" relative.
