What I don't like about all this multiple choice gender business is how suddenly if a person has an issue, it becomes everyone else's problem.  It's now perfectly acceptable for a very small facet of a person's identity to be of monumental importance.  So everyone who feels like they're "normal" (for whatever little that's worth) has to walk on eggshells unnecessarily.

Sex is a real thing, gender on the other hand was invented in the 60s, it means literally nothing(because it can mean literally anything and has no clear definition). Its just feelgood term for people who are not, how do i put it...well(i cant and will not accept as fact anything that is based solely of feelings).

If sex is either male or female, with rest being deviations, then gender allows people to identify as anything. I personally am male, but i identify as Executor-class Star Destroyer(Attack Helicopters are so last season).

For as long as this "Gender: X" thing have no impact on gameplay Klei may identify dupes as penguins for all that i care. Meaningless term for meaningless feature.
