Hmmm the unlimited gas storage is easy to fix I think. You just do not allow gas to flow if there any water blocking the vent

Get a bucket of water, Turn your car on and put the bucket of water behind the car and see what happens when you try to block the exhaust up with water, I recommend a rain coat

airflow tile can contain unlimited amount of liquid

airflow tile tank

Has this been tested in a vacuum?  The random thought struck me recently.  Watching Brothgar's test video, it was in a gas atmosphere.  I'm curious if the result is the same without.

If you look closely at Airflow Tiles holding up liquids, it appears the liquid is floating on a cushion of gas.  This suggests it only works because of the 1 substance per tile rule.  Because liquids are "not allowed" inside Airflow Tiles, it forces the liquid to never touch the Tile.

it works even in vacuum

Cool got it. Hmm this could also kill the food poisoning in water right because of the pressure if ever?

I don't use crude oil for cooling, it usually goes only down to -25C on filter, but petroleum has way higher range and you can go even to -40C that makes even chlorine liquid!

I wanted to use petroleum but its harder to produce. I mean its more on a end game product

BTW one "FEATURE" i really like is set amount of temperature for electrolyzers, water sieves, and oil refineries!

I always pump 70~80ish degree crude oil to metal refinery and pump the 150 degree oil output to oil refinery get myself nice 70 degree petroleum.

EDIT: rip englando

Everything about this thread is just bad and wrong :p

Come on bro, this is a single player game, everyone should play the way they enjoy the game the most.

I was even considering making a homemade volcano, before ranching came out.. just sayin ^^

I have a hard time calling the mechanical filter an exploit because:

  1. It has drawbacks (larger, more difficult to setup, ugly, etc.)
  2. It is a clever use of mechanics in the way they were actually intended
  3. I can’t think of anyway to fix it without drastically altering the rules of the game

The rest listed here I try to avoid (the best I can) because I feel like they ruin the game.
