From what I remember of some of his old, incomprehensible mash ups of pictures and theorizing he'll look for little patterns in the game or things most people would write off and wonder if there's any sort of hidden secret in it. I assume that's what's going on here, trying to bring our attention to the numbers on the side of WX-78's blueprints. I never noticed them before, myself.
