mine is the time I had like 20 sanity and when I got back to base I looked at the wiki for sanity items. I was too startled to notice I had a tent and  I misread and thought the deerclops eye restores you sanity, so I ate it

and went to like 0 sanity, then I noticed I had a tent

Thought I could eat one more cooked monster meat after an attack while I was out in the wilds after a doggie attack. I miscounted my health very badly that day.

Getting hit by a boomerang 3 times in succession, forgetting that the attack and action keys are now separate and I have custom bound keys for both.

 

At least I didn't die.

Just clicking on pengull's/Beefalo.  It just escalates and ends so quickly.  I underestimated the pengull's, but was just a stupid accident with the Beefalo.

I remember one time way back when on the Spider Queen Update when dinosaurs roamed the earth, I was dodging angry beefalo for like 2 minutes like a boss then I died because I walked right into a Spider Queens Mouth. A lot of laughs were had that day. On a side note I believe I unlocked a new character!

In the middle of winter a deerclops was in my base made of wooden walls so in a moment of desperation I shot the deeclops with a fire staff. Ironically I was trying to prevent him from destroying my base.

It's weird how I never hit a beef using space. x'D Closest I got to doing that was when Wilson targeted baby beefs, but they run away quicker than he could hit them.

Dumbest thing, was in maxwells door, saw an area that was flooded with killer bee hives, decided my best bet was to run right through the middle of the hoard and run into them without a care in the world.

For months (when I got Chester,) i used him as a Battle Buffer so enemies would focus on him. After all, the worst that could happen was he'd die, drop my stuff (and that could be advantageous if bee mines,) and reform good as new one game day later.

 

 

But now if the Shadow Chester (taking 9 Nightmare Fuel at Midnight from regular Chester,) dies, I have to start all over again, and I got used to him being a mob magnet! After all, why worry when there's no problem when he comes back good as new Now I have to break months of pending bad habits or learn in new games how to get Nightmare Fuel very quickly or spend time having to make that a priority first! 

 

 

(And how am I going to train pigs to drop bee mines when they die?)
