I may be in the minority here but I find the tree tremors incredibly annoying. When something big is lumbering towards me, I'm glad the screen shakes. It's a nice cue to get ready. But EVERY time I chop down a tree? Is there a way of disabling this in the options? Does anyone else feel this way or should I just suck it up. I really enjoyed the game prior to this update (I usually only use Wilson) and it'd be a shame if my experience going forward is less enjoyable than it was before.

IlnorI think you're right about the pathfinding with ol' Chester. I only really had trouble when I was placing new walls. It's like he doesn't realize that there's new terrain, but the problem with Abbie is she's slower than Wendy is, and if you get too far away from her, regardless of the terrain inbetween, she just stops following you entirely. She's patient and will wait there for days until you come back though.

Ilnor Yea, I lost her after going to get some reeds from the swamp, went back and was just micromanaging my base, then realized, where the crap did my floaty ghost sister go? I had to wait through the night before searching and because she doesn't have an icon on map I had to search quite a bit because i didn't know when I lost her. It ended up being another day or so before I finally found her haha.

The vibrations of the deerclops and chopping trees down would seem to have caused my fire pit to slowly move sideways. I barely noticed it until it merged with one of the chests next to it. So... yeah... might want to fix that.

I've been playing recently and have notices some glitches:- Sometimes the Beefalo will be in mating season but not have red bottoms. (tested that they were naturally aggressive with no red bottoms).- During the transition from night to morning. If you time it right and move out of the camp fires light radius to intereact with an object such as chopping a tree, the game will sometimes still register you as "being in the dark" (character says "I can't see", Grue attacks eventually) even though it is daytime. The game will continue to register the character as being in the dark until you move the character (they will say "I can see again" at this point). Not sure exactly how this is caused.

I really wish they'd get rid of the vibrations from chopping trees. It adds nothing and it happens constantly.

I haven't played since the woodchopping vibration change. It's that annoying.

Then you may freely switch to another game good sir.

I like the screenshake, makes you feel like you actually chopped down a heavy tree close to your character.

Or, you know, they could simply allow you to turn it off in the options menu, which is what I was suggesting. Good sir.And for the record "freely" isn't exactly what I would call it. I paid for the the game after playing it without vibrations. Who's to say I would have paid for it if I knew the game would become unplayable?Granted, I figured there would be changes with updates, but chopping down trees is a CORE mechanic. I can't avoid chopping down trees. And yeah, it's not as good. I'm glad you like it. I just hope they give me a chance to opt out so I can play again without being annoyed every ten seconds. I agree wholeheartedly. As a side note, the screen shakes have been observed by others to move the positions of fire pits among other things. Please see to these issues, Klei! Edited by eWaster
