I was about to disagree but I looked at the Wiki and it seems like you are correct and she is likely from the real world. They also state what breed she appears to be based on. Woby's basic form resembles a Polish Lowland Sheepdog. The collar and "W" name suggest she is from the real world. If this is the case, Woby is the third non-human entity pulled into the Constant; the first one being WX-78, and the second one being Wilbur. As a side note, it'd be cool if she got snow on her back during Winter which she could then shake off from time to time. Would be cute. Skins would also obviously be great too.
