I don't like the look, and above all, the twigs that fall to the ground look so messy. Please add an option to prevent twiggy trees from spawning even in caves! It hurts so much to see my server's caves being eroded by twig trees... I already set the Start resource variety option to Classic for both forest and caves on my server. but twiggy trees keep popping up in caves that don't have twiggy tree regrowth options. IIRC Twiggy trees are one of the resources that can grow near the endless mode respawn zones, and IIRC those do not get impacted by regrowth toggles. I believe the same thing happens on the surface as well. I do feel that it probably should, since I do agree it gets annoying to try clearing out the trees for cave builds. At least that's what wiki says. In theory that shouldn't cause that much of a strain on a server compared to other "trash" that rapidly accumulates if left unchecked. My server is in endless mode. However, this causes very few twiggy trees to respawn near portal, so I have some control over them. But the twiggy trees from the caves are too many and annoying... But what I want is a cleaner and more controllable server, not more twigs. I committed twiggy tree genocide in my world by turning off twiggy tree regrowth, and cutting down/digging up all twiggy trees.
