We're really seeing a lot of fantastic submissions. Some really cool costumes and some art that took a lot of time to put together. Great work! On that note - Tonight at Midnight PDT will be the cutoff for submissions, today is the FINAL DAY for new submissions. Have fun out there everybody! Tips for getting your submission approved. The image should be made by you and for this event specifically. If it's an in-game screenshot say "Klei Halloween 2021!" in chat. It should be a handwritten note on paper for IRL images. For digital art, decorate your "Klei Halloween 2021" message, even if you can't draw. (You can get accepted just for the note!) It doesn't need to be good. It just needs to be yours. We won't approve some picture found online - send us something YOU made. If you're just sending somebody else's submission, it won't be approved. Just doodle a thing and get some skins. It's easier than photoshopping somebody else's thing. First, I doubt they are doing this as a joke. Try resending it if you haven't already. If you submitted it before the deadline, even if it doesn't show up here I'm sure they'll get you your skin eventually. With over 500 submissions a day (Just getting approved!) I'm sure they're too busy dealing with all the new submissions and will focus on other issues once the deadline passes. P.S. I like the picture, and I don't think there's any rule violations. After it's accepted you should've gotten the skin right away. I got mine accepted and received the skin within an hour of submitting it. As long as it says it went through, I guess just hold tight and wait until they get through to you? IDK man. The skin doesn't come in a chest or anything, but you'd see it on transactions page and in recent discoveries in-game. I hope you take this as a compliment, but the Wurt art is really good and a lot more detailed than the rest of the image. It's entirely possible that it looks like a copy / paste thing and not original art.
