Holy cassarole, guess I have to redeem myself as a Wickerbottom main, I never knew this. To me, Surf n Turf always was this magical, high tier "nobody knows the recipe, nobody has the resources" dish.

Oh no, that'd be Seafood Gumbo, it's an objectively worse dish than Surf n Turf and is harder to make, only possible with either barnacles or eels in a specific set of ingredients.

But yeah! Surf n Turf only requires 2.5 meat value or more, and 1.5 fish value or more as a future note!

I imagine it tastes very gamey and sour, like the meat of a deer that died exhausted and afraid. 
Yes, fear actually does change the taste of meats, and it's not a very good flavor. 
Imagine meat tasting sour. Disgusting.

Then how would a soul taste like, and also nightmare pie taste like. I would imagine nightmare pie be  food that shocked ur sense that ur mind and body capability switches. 

Lastly would glow Berry mousse taste like radiation or snozzberries?

Than again, you're perfectly fine eating a cat's puke (with rot, phlegm and glommer goop you're not, so it can't be the survivors' dead taste buds). That means, something about catcoons lets them produce above-average puke at least

Also, is there a mod that makes you take damage or slows you down, when you eat at full hunger? I need something as ridiculous as that!

It's extremely good in butter, you gotta like the taste of kinda fishy tasting meat along side the chewy meat.

I would love to try a fruit crepe and Honey nuggets they seem interesting to eat, as I don't like spice and texture of food can throw me off into not wanting to eat it.
