But a lot of the cool stuff they come up with gets left on the cutting room floor. Maybe they are saving it for future updates, A sequel like DST 2, perhaps they’re putting it to use in other Klei games like Oxygen Not Included, or it could be as simple as them trying to make the game still function properly on old hardware so limitations must be made. Whatever the case may be.... It makes DST feel lacking to me in content from what it could/should have had.
