Sandlock

The sandlock is a simple, small, and 100% safe airlock, which works without water, and ensures fast travel.

as you can see on this picture, the hydrogen is in the room with nails, while the other rooms are vacuumed

nails have access to all the rooms

the way to build is it actually really easy, but it might prove a problem to get access to the regolith necessary to make it.

first, build the doors, and open them.

next, get yourself some regolith

make it be here.

you can use shove voles to get it.

now, open the doors

congratulations, you now have a sandlock

now you can fill each room with whatever gas you want, and still have your dupes running around.

however, when reloading the game, the regolith will dissappear

It also works if you replace the doors with regolith directly. The 3 rooms will be completely isolated from each other.

I know there is door crusher. But the way @metallichydra explain looks like he found a secret way in the end where it can be used as lock. After reading to the end, time to reveal the secret... he got me!
