[Poll] Lunar Islands

Hey guys, what's up?

It's a been a while since we were introduced to the lunar islands, so what are your thoughts about it? Do you guys are enjoying it?

Anything you want to share? Fun facts, dumb facts, tips?

It's Lunar island.
Sorry but it was bugging me.

We're still waiting on that official name they said we'd get a few days back.

I like the new island and the ecosystem is on point.

Phase 1 of the update isn't even finished yet, there's a 90% chance Klei will add more stuff to the oceans.

Not sure about islands, but it's beyond likely.

Technically, islands is still correct. There's a patch of smaller islands next to the main one. Although there's nothing noteworthy on them so they're easily forgotten...

I was talking about the Lunar bit, not the island(s) bit.

The poll says Lunnar and I'm just being picky.

If we get more islands I want unique biomes.
I could maybe understand normal biomes with new stuff, but at that point new biomes would just be better.

I’m a bit surprised that so few hate it as much as I do. I’ll give it another chance after official release, but if sea bases become a regular occurrence, I’m uninstalling the game.

Why's that? 

What's an exact reason you hate the lunar island, or sea bases? 
Plus, I doubt sea bases will be the new "base".
It's too unpractical, to move, or manage.
Maybe little mobile nomadic bases on the ocean, but not full on megabases. (There'll always be those few, but you aren't forced to live there.)

Plus I do think if people base on the sea, they'll have another on land.

Boats take a lot of time and resources to create. After all that time, it takes even more time to scour the ocean. I refuse to do that, any game I own is more enjoyable. The feature is wasting time for the opportunity to move at a snails pace, and if they want to double down on it, I’ll move to greener pastures instead.

They later said that they were going to give us the real official name the next day.

I'm still waiting, though, for I am beyond curious.
