But this time i'd like to ask a question: What is the intended place of the liquid/gas reservoirs in the game? Are they simply replacements for extra-long piping/venting (e.g. to use as a buffer) or are they intended to be long-term storages (similar to catchment lakes). What about the angles regarding thermal interaction and disinfection? What are the boundaries of their place in the game? @JanH: Please forward it to the streamers, if possible. heckubis Posted September 6, 2018 Share Posted September 6, 2018 yah considering when its available without "extra" usage means they are kind of redundant(we do have current uses) i think we just want to know what about them is intended interactions. are we supposed to use them just for storage(then pipes are easy) or our current cooling and decontamination ideas? Saturnus Posted September 6, 2018 Share Posted September 6, 2018 Considering where they are on the tech tree (after smart storages) they need to have some form of automation otherwise they're more or less redundant and will see extremely limited use beyond using the "exploity" behaviour of being able to sanitize gases and liquids within them by placing them in a chlorine room.
