Smithe37
hey team, quick question. Apart from limestone, is there anything in the new update I need to start a new map for? Can i still obtain gassy moo and stuff without a new map?

Christophlette
They added fossil. It must be crushed to get lime so it's kind of like limestone ^^

You will be able to obtain the gassy moo given is in the new space system that isn't effect by the map generation. 2 hours ago, Mike072428 said: Wait, what? They added Limestone Ore? Yes, they do. Grimgaw
Whole 5kg of lime per 100kg of fossils. You'd need 2 tiles like the one highlighted to make 1 bunker tile.

SakuraKoi
Well, the mass of the fossils varies from to ~270kg to~ 600kg (1,5 bunker tiles) if not 700kg. Most are over 400kg which does equal one Bunker tile (50% mass loss->200kg->10kg lime->100kg Steel). The amount of fossils sure is not low so even with each cargo bay needing 15 tiles (1000kg steel) plus 500kg/5 tiles essential, the steel economy should be better/more benevolent by far. Note: Do not try to melt fossils with magma for double the fossils, you will only end up with more magma. By the by, do not try to cook crude oil or rather petroleum too much, for there seems to be no use for Sour Gas and Naphtha besides maybe as cooling and heating agent (metal refinery).
