Is there any mods that can revert it? Could someone make one? That would be really cool. I can select the character I want with just a single click instead of having to flip thru all of them. Steam automatically updates, and even if you did somehow have one I feel like the server would take issue with it not matching. You're free to edit assets (scripts, anims, etc) and Steam won't care until Klei pushes another update. The modding interface would be the way to go to apply changes on a more permanent basis, but the server/client relationship doesn't care at all what the client does to itself. Note that incompatible things like missing netvars would cause very strange things to happen on the client's end as it misinterprets everything being networked. And if anyone makes a mod that does that, I will download it immediately. (I miss the old character select. It was so much more Don't-Starvey.
