Possible pregnancy & childbirth mechanics as opposed to constantly summoning new dupes. Dupes age just like the Sims games. Well, I said my suggestion. I don't, to me, they kinda feel like children because of the pitch of their voices and the "WAAHS" they make. The devellopers have said in one of the devellpement logs (can't remmeber which one) wa bck i 2017 that they were hinking of implementng more ways for deuplicants to interat wih each others when they re together, this seem a natural logicl evolution of it. Â Relationships and childbirth tho... I feel duplicants are pretty 'imprefec( humns as theyre and I dunno, it sort of goes against the spririrt o the bing printed in pods. Maybe it'll happen but I find it doubtfull given the spirirt and design of the game.then again there is some small but undeniable inspiration from dwarf forteress in here so....) Perhaps sexual diseases, player could "fight against" with condoms (tier 5 research)- latex. What is when not enough females, are able to give birth to a kid (health/bodystuff), could the new "doc" occupation grow fresh dupebabys in a breederstation? The animation should involve some sort of body horror as the dupe lays an egg larger than their torso. Then, after 10 cycles, if nobody turns the dupe egg into an omelette, it should hatch into a duplet. Childbirth wouldn't really fit into that There's also that some Duplicants got... "X" in gender, what would happen with that?
