ItsPizzaTime Posted November 22, 2017 Share Posted November 22, 2017 Its a bit of both, most people I've heard getting at least a couple (maybe 3 average at level 60-70) but I'm also one of the ones that's gotten few elegants, level 86 and I only have 2, both of which i got the first day forge was out from the chests I got from beta.
