Is Wendy Unbalanced?

Abigail isn't even that good. She isn't bad either. Wendy is not overpowered nor underpowered. She's a balanced character.

Her weakness is her sister dying and having to face high hp opponents head-on. Her x0.75 damage is a huge drawback.

Abigail is a good character for taking out Spiders and Bees... And that's about it. Big swarms of enemies that can be stunlocked is where she excels. Wendy herself is a character with no good perks. That % less sanity drain doesn't change much.

Is DST a PvP-centered game? I wouldn't say so, but even there Wendy isn't a good pick.

Is Wendy so overpowered that nobody picks anything else? Hell no, you can see everybody picks who they like.

Why nerf her, even if some small imbalance exists, if there is a point to the character, there are people enjoying the mechanics and nobody is having less fun "because somebody picked Wendy".

Wendy's niche in multiplayer is farming Spiders, and even that Webber can do better.

Wendy is, like, the last character I'd pick for rebalance.

This is pretty much exactly my thoughts. I'd even go as far to add on and say that she's really ONLY good for bees and most useful at an early game stage because when you get to a certain point and have the ability to farm spiders and bees with bunnies she isn't NECESSARY or even really needed to farm these areas just a much faster, early game alternative to doing so.

Just because somebody disagrees with you does NOT mean they're stupid, bad, deluded, crazy or inferior!
Just because somebody says something _nice_--anything at all--about a subject you have complaints about does NOT make them "sheeple"!

You are SO going on my ignore list, MaskedMisery.  The world is awful enough already without constantly being made angry by a place we go to ESCAPE it!  And if anybody else here wants to stop having their day ruined just that _little_ bit more every time they open what's supposed to be a lighthearted forum about a subject we all ENJOY...I suggest you do the same.  Unless you actually enjoy these kind of arguments, in which case...go right ahead.  However, be careful not to feed the trolls _too_ much.

I _will_ give credit on the accuracy of that username, though.  Wow.  "Misery" is right.

EDIT:  Oh, and Wendy (or rather Abigail) is not overpowered because of all the reasons others already said here ("WOW!  A TENTACLE!  I WONDER IF IT WILL BE FRIENDS WITH ME!"), we don't really need to nerf characters any more than they already were, #MakeWillowGreatAgain & all that.  Peace out.

Hey everyone, there's no need for personal attacks, that just derails a thread and might lead it into a toxic death.

Jokes are fun, but not when they go overboard and also start derailing the thread. I know some of you might say "The OP already got his answer!" but that's no excuse to run wild and do whatever with his thread.

I'll be locking the thread since the OP has made a new one and asked people to post there if they wish to continue an educated discussion.
