1v0 Posted May 27, 2016 Share Posted May 27, 2016 Hello I want to begin this with saying : I know I'm impatient ! But I just need to ask ... Can we have some info about the upcoming content ? Will it be released in the next weeks or next months ? The size of it - small or big patch ? Can we get a preview/tease or If I can be bold enough to say beta ? After the changing resources and Maxwell updated I expected the patches to come in faster like every 2-3 weeks ... Then we got the awesome puzzle that really build up my hype and I expected new content after it ended ... Well since then my hype has been slowly dying (with the death blow begin the 100 mb video patch ...) . I will be really busy next month (and have very little time for DST) so at this point I really have to ask for info . 1v0 Posted May 27, 2016 Author Share Posted May 27, 2016 My PC is old not many games run on it ... mainly because of my CPU and video (that can only support directX 9 and 10) . Thanks for the advice anyway , I have been doing that since the Maxwell update . To tell the truth I played 2 games with my friends (about 1 year and a half long DST time) before deciding to wait for more content so we can enjoy the game more . We just adapted to the changing resource pretty fast ... I started to play DS when RoG was in early access (and I have been following it before that) joined the forum when DST was announced . So I have mastered all of DS , but the story and the idea of DS got me into the game . Another part that dragged me in DS apart from how hard it is and it's story is that when you are new to it everything is unexpected ... I didn't expect an tree to eat me if I chop too many trees or a frog rain . But after time you get used to all of the surprises and if there is no new content you ... can't really enjoy it like before . Tumalu I could have missed something but they said it was going to be released fall of 2015 ... but because we wanted caves and RoG they decided to push TtA back ... Unless they announced it this year and I just missed it . Magicka is quite old but cool, I bought base game + all the DLCs for 30zł, which is something like 6,90 euro. I haven't bought it in steam store, bought as a gift. They talked about it in the announcement for DST leaving early access last month with a prediction of "about six months to do" with a warning that they've been preeetty wrong about times before, such as you mentioned there- it was originally thought to be SPRING 2015, and that's -with- consideration that they were also adding RoG in at the same time. To put it short my main question is for the devs . - Will it be like SW = big update then small updates every 2-3 weeks or small updates (like changing resources) released when they are ready (not a specify time) . I just want to know what to expect ... because I'm really confused with the updates ... Whatever it is I don't mind waiting ... but I just want some kind of information it . (I really miss the little ROG teasers/videos/patch videos from before) And yea I have seen the big toad . It looks really good , thou I expected to see it in a stream about now ...
