New skins suggestions - share your ideas here!

Hello there, fellow users of this nice forum!

 What about skins in DST? They are super cool, like all stuff Klei made, of course! But tell me... Do you sometimes have this hard feeling, like something is missing? Are you happy with your collared shirt and hand covers, but something still feels strange? Let's just say it - you want even more cool skins in this nice game! Skins designed by you and your friends from Klei Entertainment Forums!

 It came to my mind when I realised that we have 3 firepit skins, 2 torch skins and even crock pot skin. Skins of items/objects that are commonly used, which is normal and good idea. But what's with top hat, for example? It doesn't suit almost all of skins, excluding this brand new William's suit. Or umbrella? Wait, it looks pretty fancy with everything. But still, why not?

 I suggest to live suggestions here ;_; Our amazing artists could even draw some prototypes of those skins, who knows?

I'd be very glad to see a top hat skin. Brown fedora or something like this would be cool and will fit my trench coat + WX-78's GoH combo.
But black one may be way cooler if someone likes tuxedo.

I'd like hat skins, perhaps some for the winter hat with different designs, maybe a Santa hat skin if they ever do seasonal skins.

A small suggestion is more colors for skins we already have, so I can have more color-coordinated outfits.  Right now, there's no red skirt(or pants, I think), only 2 purple clothing items (and they're nice shades of purple too), but they're both shirts, I don't think there are many green shirts to go with the green bottoms, I think they're all collared and t-shirts(which nobody wants, sorry.Except for the purple one.).  One of my favorite outfits is a blue lumberjack shirt and a blue plaid skirt.  I'd love to do that for all the colors.   Recolors for the GOH line of shoes would be nice, too...

As for new clothing types, I'm an avid skirt collector.  Pleated skirts, polka-dot skirts, petticoats, floral skirts, gimme gimme.

Oh, and a reskin to the eyebrella so it look's like the Dumbrella, i think many people prefer the dumbrella.

The skins that makes oldest people turn to children, and the kids turn old! WX looks kinda old, so he could look like he only has cogs and wires, and endoskeleton

I...wouldn't want that for lore reasons. How could you explain that lore wise? Sure, Ylson and Yickerbottom are adorable but it doesn't make sense with the story

Although this is not really "new" as klei already had some concept art for this, I'd like to see robot skins, making all of them look like they're related to wx, while wx becomes a real boy!

Actually, skins aren't really were made for lore, they were mostly make for our characters to look good, also, in DS there is no such skins, only in DST. All the multiple Wilson's, Willow's, Wickerbottom's come from different worlds, realities, it's still a part of lore, the lore can be infinite!

I think a Halloween type set of skins would be awesome.  Some ideas:

Wigfrid: In her Wilhelmina "Mina" Harker role (Dracula's Bride) (maybe use the Winnie unreleased character as a base)

Wickerbottom: Witch (like Waverly)

WX-78: Astroboy or Terminator (T-800 series, i.e. Arnold) type "fleshy" robot.

Maxwell:  Baron Samedi (maybe a skeleton like Wilton, or a skull mask)

Woody: Wolf-man (Beaver-man, i.e. half-beaver face all the time)  [a hairless beaver during full moons might be too terrifying].

yeah, I went back and forth on them for that (didn't know about the contest). Settled on Wickerbottom because of her books--felt very witchy.

I have a few things I'd love to see:

Speakeasy/night on the town skins! Dapper vests and shoes for the gents, flapper wear for the ladies. 1920s fashion is amazing, and that's when the game is set. Klei, please showcase it!

Battle damage skins! A bit of an overlap with the survivor skins maybe, but how cool would it be to have skins where there are clear hound bitemarks, or bandaged injuries, or rough slings, or crutches made of saplings. The survivors have rough lives, and I'd love to see it.

Puppet skins! People call the person on the throne the puppet master... so doesn't that make the others puppets by default? Would love to see the characters as ill-treated puppets, strings and all. I think it would look amazing in the Don't Starve art style.

Scarves. Plaid, plain, striped, blue, red, any adjective.

Considering they're an accessory, I'd put them in the same spot as Gloves.
