Wendy in DS Together

Last time when i played as Wendy in Together, I thought about something. If her sister,Abigail,is a ghost, and Wendy isn't afraid of that, i think she shouldn't be afraid of others players ghosts. If someone who play with you, died, Wendy shouldn't get that sanity drainer. That would be something exceptional for her (Sorry for my grammar, but i'm newbie at that langauge, I hope you understand that text ;p )

You do raise a point - but at the same time, perhaps she has accepted her sisters death so doesnt get sanity drain from them - but the other players are new friends she's met and so she goes insane thinking about their deaths...

I think that Abigail shouldn't trigger spider dens. In the overworld, it's fine, but in the caves (especially the labyrinth near the ancient guardian), it can cause Wendy to get killed.

I didn't thought about it in that way :/ But i think she didn't accept Abigal's death, so she is haunted by her

Or maybe Abigail herself can't accept she's dead. Thus why she fights so hard to remain by Wendy's side

Y'know what I always wondered?

If a Telltale Heart or Touch Stone can bring ghost characters back to life...then why can't Abigail be revived?

Characters are just mostly dead.  Abigail is all the way dead.

Maybe all characters who dies in Don't Starve World they goes to his/her/its ghost form, They can resurrect If they died in that World, But cannot revive people who died in another world.

I could go for Wendy to have an Abigail Behavior Toggle somewhere above the Crafting tab

Or make is simpler like giving her just Her Default and another to make her Passive (i.e. make her avoid contact with any mobs, perfect for tentacles during swamp expeditions)

Raises some pretty interesting thoughts... I mean sure we can explain it all away but then again we also have to explain away why Wendy always says she envies the dead people she finds but doesn't seem inclined to just die without a fight herself. Then again playing a suicidal character would be slightly tricky.

Maybe its just that Wendy is used to Abigails ghost and thinks these new interlopers are not as cool as her dead sister. Haha. Also idea of Abigail resurrecting via touchstone.... makes you wonder what a live Abigail would do. Would she kill Wendy? Would she help? Maybe just as well she doesn't come back

The answer is pretty obvious:

"Abigail, come back from the dead!" "Why would I? B**ch please, I'm a friggin ghost! Look at all the cool things I can do like this!" *Abigail attacks a frog* *frograin kills Abigail*

Though, now that you mention it, Wendy appears to be the most contradictory of all Don't Starve characters (and that means quite something).

Character died in the DS world, ruled by Maxwell and Shadow creatures. Abigail(Im gonna guess) died in the real world, thus making her dead dead and characters alive dead. Welcome to ds logic,

I don't get why people say the logic behind this doesn't make sense. 1- Abigail can't come back because yes, she died in the real world

2-She looses sanity from other ghosts not because she's afraid, but because she lost a friend. Abigail's death already traumatised her, it's normal she is afraid of loosing someone else

I think everyone is putting too much thought into this. I'd say Wendy doesn't care about any life at all, alot of her quotes are some variation of "we're all gonna die anyway lol" or "I hate everything that is alive..." She even says she is glad when a Meat Effigy burns! She just loses sanity because is a gameplay thing, it only happens in Survival too. Taking the drain from her would be cute but unfair with the others.
