Kate quickly picked up the crying puppy to get it away from whatever was making him upset and then slowly poked her head out the doorway. The monster didn't want this bigger monster to eat them, so that was good, but my word this thing was HUGE! She thought the first monster was big, but this one's eye was bigger than their entire ship! She was having trouble wrapping her head around just how gargantuan this monster really was.

~~~~~~~~
The dragon stared the monster right in her eye with neutral expression, even though her injured instincts were buzzing.
(I'm probably going to be gone for most of the day, so just a heads up.)
(Same.)
Famen stares into the eye of the beast with a blank expression, too tired to react to what she said.
Angelle walked back to Noc, nudging him with her nose.
It was at that moment that Kate realized something.
This must be what it feels like to be an ant.
You're minding your own business, garthering food, building your home, surviving, and then this giant shows up and can do pretty much whatever they want with you. They can smash your home. They can give you little crumbs of food. They can just sit and watch you scuddle around if they'd like. Or they could scoop you up and take you on a terrifying journey to an even bigger monster that has even more power to do whatever they want with you. She wondered if that was how these giant monsters viewed them, as insects; interesting to watch, but nothing to cry over if one went squish.
"Hi!"  She responds.  "My name is Niellatursas.  But my friends call me Niellie."   She pauses.  "Or, uh, they would if I hadn't eaten them."
An awkward silence follows.
"Well, uh...you all look really delicious!"  She says in a polite voice.  "That's a compliment, right?"  She asks Meritursas.  He sighs exasperatedly.
"Well, good... day, Niellatursas. My... name is Viridis." she said, ignoring the fact she just told everyone she ate her friends. "May I... ask you, to move your... head so that I may proceed to... stand on the big chunk of... refined cellulose, which your... friend? Was carrying?" she asked as politely as she could.
Niellatursas blinks in surprise.  "How did you get there?"  She wonders, brushing Viridis off her eye and back onto the ship.  She then tries looking through the ship's portholes to see inside.  "Anyone in there?"  She asks, tapping the side of the ship with her forefinger.
Viridis scraped herself off the floor after being smacked into it. That was the second time she smacked into something today! Viridis didn't understand why she was brushed off like that, she bowed down and everything! She wanted to tell the beast otherwise, but it might be best to stay polite for the time being. She walked over to the nearest person she could complain about it to; which was Gilda. "I do not like that serpent." Viridis whispered to her, with an annoyed look on her face.
Kate fell down on to her butt due to the tapping shaking the ship so much. She crawled over and pulled herself up to the porthole the gianter monster was looking through, still holding the crying black puppy in one arm, and smacked her hand repeatedly on the window to return the thumping.
(Should we wait for Dara soon?)
Kate complied and walked up onto the deck, holding the puppy somewhat protectively in her arms. She found it interesting that this was the most defined she had ever seen something since her eyes stopped working that well. The details were much easier to see because, well, they were gigantic.
