(Life? Sounds interesting, can you link me to one?)

Newleaf moved towards the center of the lure plants. He'd seen lure plants before, but that base was different from anything he'd seen before. "Who... Who are you?"

WX's engines finally came online, and he observed his surroundings. "LOCATION: UNKNOWN. SURVIVAL PROGRAM, ACTIVE." At that, he began scavenging for materials. His mechanical limbs were harvesting them expertly, stowing his supplies in a small containment portion of his mechanical body. Unfortunately for him, it began raining. Small, bright bits of static escaped from the automation, and he began running for cover. On his way, he neared two humans...

(Ah, Oxryklne... Such good memories. You ever read Essence of Souls, Quiet?)

(Please...stop the shipping.)

Wy kept doodling on the mud, untill the drawing had been completed. The abstract flower looked rather pretty, yet psychedelic and eerie...It was strange how some simple lines gave him so much feelings.

Wy stands up and admires the drawing with a proud expression. He hadn't been this happy in a long time. He finally met a friend! He was not alone anymore.

His expression became more serious, almost sad, as he remembered he said a lie to Cypress.

"I should go back now..."

Taken a deep breath, Wy starts running back to the camp, but just as he leaves the tree, he slips on the mud and falls again on his face.

Wekesa cocked her head at the sound of words, she understood them but had never heard them out loud. She walked over the Oxry and snarled at Newleaf, this was her prey. "W-Wekesa's catch, leave" She hissed.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Internally Cypress was laughing like a hyena, it was mean but gravity had claimed another victim and she found the funny especially in this rain. She slithered around the picture and over to Wy. She wrapped her tail around Wy's waist and lifted him to his feet, letting out a long hiss, which if you understood snake would be a laugh. She released the shadow and slithered back towards the camp, stopping when she was ahead and looking towards him, hehehe he was getting a mud facial~
"Ah...AH?!"
As the snake touched him, Wy became petrified.
Not that he was scared of snakes, which were actually one of his favourite animals, but the so sudden and unexpected noise it made, and how it lifted his body was so weird it freaked him out.
After the snake went away, Wy stood still for a while, his sight lost in the void.
His eye, from wide open, gets watery, as he cleans his face from the mud.
(Any meteorological news, @Weirdobob ?)
Slight downpour with temperatures in the mid 60s, climate expected to drop within the week. Several sources in higher elevated areas such as trees and the top of tallbirds report snow. Volt goats urged to stay inside.
And now look at the sports:
Wekesa looked at the flailing beetle trying to run away with her prey. She wrapped her tongue around the small thing and lifted it up.
Cypress went back to camp and changed back to her human self, a headache making her stand still and hold her head for a bit. She went back inside the tent and sat inside. She hoped the rain would stop she needed to dry her clothes and get warm, she'd catch a cold or flu or something being wet and cold.
