I know that the game might not be able to run properly with all of this happening, that's why I thought may be some stuff should be changed.PS There is one problem for me; when I set the Clockworks to More it's like they're set to default or less! When I set them to Lots they're everywhere! Not sure if that should happen but even for Lots it's too much and I think the options in the world settings should be edited and rebalanced. Another reason for changing stuff would be that someone puts always Autumn and set the game to start in Spring: game crashes or something? I didn't see any bad quality stuff my self, thought all though my world was with a ton of stuff. Depending on the time of day and the disposition of a cherry garden, "More" can sometimes generate less than usual. "Lots" is also bugged a bit as it's only meant to be 2x normal but tends to throw down something like 3x - overly saturated. I went and modified my More and Lots and they're both working now.
