How old are the characters?

Recommended Posts

So, i'd just like to hear you guys' take on the ages of all the characters, i believe them to be,

Wilson - Late 30's

Willow - 12 or 13

Wendy - 15 or 16

Wolfgang - Late 20's

Wx-78 - Ageless

Wickerbottom - late 70's

Wes - 16-19

Maxwell - Early 40s

Woodie - Early 20s

Have you seen Woodie beard? Early - Late 30s.

Wolfgang same as Wilson or Woodie.

Willow - just > or = 18(she just psychologically ill, thats the reason of burning bear on art, not her age).

Wes 20s.

About other I think the same as you.

All of these are pretty inaccurate. Especially Wilson, Maxwell, Willow and Wolfgang.

Have some Wilson facts: http://ecfor.tumblr.com/post/78966604007

A friend of mine sent a message to Klei regarding Maxwell's age and got the answer "in his 60's".

I personally see their ages as this:

Wilson: 33

Willow: 12

Wendy: 9

Wolfgang: maybe around 36

WX-78: Ageless

Wickerbottom: 72

Wes: 21

Maxwell: late 60's

Woodie: mid-40's

whether or not these are "inaccurate" I don't really care tbh

I'm pretty set on these ages for them, especially Willow and I don't think even the developers saying that she's 18 could convince me

If Wicker bottom was this old, she would have no physical damages and difficulties to run... I see her as a ~60 years old lady, not ~70 years old.

I don't know man I have a grandma who's 74 and she's the most active person in our family

she goes on hikes and works in her garden all day pulling weeds and mowing the lawn and even builds additions to the house all by herself

I wouldn't assume all elderly people can barely get out of a wheelchair

Yeah, maybe you're right. Let's say she is ~70 years old, it will be even more epic to play her!

If willow is 19 then Klei didnt do to good of a job making her act like a 19 year old

  • Regal Shovel- "It won't make flaming pits, but at least it's shiny."
  • Piggyback- "I made a backpack out of butts!"
  • Farm Plot, Speedy Farm Plot and Turbo Farm Plot (needs fertilizer)- "Stupid thing needs poop."
  • Rainometer- "Rain is the anti-fire. Boo!"

Seriously.

Sounds about alright, although maybe Wendy's and Willow's ages could be switched? I don't know, I see them both as kids, not sure who should be older though.

I say wendy is older because of her more advanced vocabulary, willow's is akin to a 5th graders, while wendys speech is of much higher level

No way, I know 18 year old girls who'd come out with things like that. You could also perceive it as just being her flippant nature finding the immature way to say things.

I'd personally put:

Wilson - Late 20's

Willow - 18

Wendy - 15-16

Wolfgang - Mid/late 30's

Wx-78 - Probably under 20 years, if he is a robot he was surely built, and his hatred for most things implies to me he's had a short bitter life so far)

Wickerbottom - Late 50's, early 60's

Wes - 25

Maxwell - Mid 60's

Woodie - Early 30s
