So I have been playing a lot more Don't Starve recently, but I have not managed to keep up with all the updates/ mods that have been added to the game.I love the fact that they are constantly adding new content to the game as for me it keeps it fresh and interesting, but again I want to know what others think. So my question is what is your favorite bit of new content and why? Do you have a least favorite change? Are there any others that you want to be added or think shouldn't have been added.Let me know! 23rd Posted December 17, 2013 Share Posted December 17, 2013 My favorite mod would have to be Architectural Geometry, I didn't even bother making grass/twig farms before I got it because I knew I'd just never be happy with how they looked. Now that I have it I'm always making the most aesthetic base I possibly can and trying to top myself with each new world. Nothing looks nicer than a fire pit placed perfectly in the middle of a cobblestone floor. That's a bit old though, so since you asked about new (or at least respectably recent) mods I have to say William J. Dannighar has pleasantly surprised me. He's a very squishy character (only 80 health) like Maxwell but he comes with a plethora of fascinating craftables that balance out their cost and the usefulness of their effect extremely well. He also has a unique "Nightmare Form" that triggers when Hallucinations start attacking you that bumps up his health and attack while giving you night vision at the tradeoff of needing to unlock the most basic crafting recipes (axes, traps, etc.) from scratch. It really changed the way i used to play. It makes up for the extra space needed by being a meat farm as well as a berry farm. I must be new here And to add some ontopicness, the Sanity update in the state it got released in is my favourite update, a mechanic which had a lot of potential Naughty and Nice update is my favourite one. It was a nice few days untill the "nerf Krampus" manurestorm began.
