Ice staff 20 use 1 frozen each hit single target need prestihatitator. Chilled Amulet 33 use 1 frozen each hit single target need prestihatitator. I’d say it’s different and situational, def not a plain upgrade of the ice staff and up to debate if it’s better. You are looking at stats, and ignoring the cost of the gem bell, and the fact you need to pick it up again, aswell as it's wonky and slow throwing speed you need to learn. Wolfgang is already one of the most powerful character in the game. Give Wolfgang a small boost, and there are 17 characters that need a big boost to maintain balance.
