I mean, how would they dance? I think it would require a whole new animation for them to dance

but it does sound hecka cute so I wouldn't mind if they added it

They can, and even have the action of jumping on the boat.

Pigs and Merms even have a happy dance animation they could use for this.

It would be great if they danced with the player, as babushka Crab does when she trusts us. Or at least they would have danced around the campfire . This would show that even though they are at enmity, but simple fun around the campfire is not alien to any of the peoples

You know that sticker on steam where the headcrab dances? This is the dance I imagine for them.

Im not sure the game could handle literally at times 50 or more entities all doing a dancing animation.

Just seems like something that would make the Nintendo Switch catch fire & Explode.

Maxwells Shadows can Dance because he is limited to a max number allowed.

Webber on the other hand.. can already cause severe lag spikes with his Spider Armageddon.

Limitations > Fun

Sorry, thems the rules.

I don’t really see how a dancing animation would be more demanding  than any of their other animations personally

This isn't how this works in the slightest bit. It can. It's not demanding any more than them simply existing is.

That is not how that works. Doing a dancing animation is realistically no more expensive than doing any other animation.
