MushroomMonkey
Me and my friends are wondering.. since waterlogged spawns a new biome how will that affect old maps if at all? Do we have to start a new world to be able to find that biome?

Do we have to start a new world to be able to find that biome? You will have the biome retrofitted, as minespatch said. Do note the biome itself is a bit sparse (only ~3 biomes generate per world) so it might take some time to locate one.
Captain_Rage
How come the game displayed a message that 'the world is being retrofitted and will restart' in earlier updates but did not show a message nor restarted the server after the Waterlogged update? ö_Ö

Marco BR
I have a world on PlayStation that's almost 13,000 days old and it went well, 3 new biomes emerged in the ocean
