My game keeps starting in fullscreen with 1280x720 resolution everytime even after I've changed the settings multiple times.
It also prevents the mouse from going to the right side of the monitor it launches on (1920x1080). Behaves normally after I switch to windowed.

Any known way to fix this? I've tried launching both normal and 32-bit and both have the same issue.

Update: I spawned a boat under her to save her, but the boat broke and she drowned. I can't find her again. At least I got the pearl. I think she's gone forever

I have a weird question, but Klei seems to enjoy doing crossover content with other games so… is there any possibility to do a Crossover with an animated TV series?

I kinda want to see Charlie meet Charlie (from Hazbin Hotel)..

Shouldn't she respawn from her house?

Prepping For CC as Wes: Any Gear Recommendations?

If you haven't seen my posts in Screenshot Showcase, I recently activated the moonstorm event as Wes and I'm planning on getting some gear for the fight. Although, because Wes is, y'know, Wes, I'm worry that the gear that I normally use won't cut it, especially with armor. I usually use thulecite armor as it has more HP than the crown, but I'm wondering if night armor might be the better choice with its DR, although it has much less health than the suit. For weapons, I'm thinking of bringing three thulecite clubs and a few dark swords, and for healing, I'm thinking of using either honey poultice, a bat bat or two, or cooked potatoes.

Also, should I also bring a few mushy cakes on me? One of the things that scares me the most is his how long it takes him to get out of grogginess, and I THINK mushy cake could help with that? What are you guy's thoughts? 

Is there a mod that completely disabled backpacks? I want to troll my friends.

I am pretty sure thulecite crowns and suits have the exact same durability for their cost. Each piece of thulecite is equivalent to 210 durability and a crown costs 4 in exchange for 840. A suit costs 6 in exchange for 1260. Only thing you seem to need more of for Crowns is nightmare fuel.

Can a future QOL update add an option for the servers host to be able to manually save the game? You can trick the game into choosing a save point by logging into/out of your world but that’s only useful when playing alone by yourself, and it’s a huge inconvenience to everyone who may have joined your world, if you have to shutdown the world and relaunch it everytime you want the game to save at a specific point (such as right before initiating a boss fight)

This would make the game so much less annoying for Xbox/console players because instead of rolling the world back by god only knows when the last time it saved: It rolls back instead right to the point before you idk… took a hammer to bee queens hive or slotted the Pearl into CrabKing.

Or you can save Mid-Fight to restore Phase 2 version of a fight you were in so all of your hard work and effort prior to that does not suddenly get “erased” during rollback.

Why won’t Klei green light Shipwrecked & Hamlet Compatibility for DST??? I do not understand why they focus on “end game rift stuff” when way more people have begged for DLC Compatibility.

And it’s not like anyone is asking for them to give us SW & Ham for Free, Compatibility means that if you own the other thing it’s compatible with it, you can use it.. but it still has to be bought separately.

Kinda like how the Morph Into Mobs DLC for Minecraft is now compatible with The Naturalists 3.0 DLC, Survival Horror DLC, and coming Soon: Dwellers DLC.

Separate Worlds, Different mob and items balancing, Different Seasons. That would be really hard to balance.

Porting DLCs to DST is no small feat. Apart from needing to redo the codebase significantly to fit with DST (as well as optimizing it, SW/HAM’s code is not nearly as stable as DST’s is), porting it to DST would also mean making DST mechanics fit in the DLCs. Characters are a huge one in particular, but ones such as farming also have to be considered, along with the new DST items functioning in the others climate if people decide to merge worlds.

The devs of Island Adventures (the mod to port SW and eventually HAM) know this very well firsthand. The current mod version is the result of years of porting the content, fixing issues that come with a result of porting the content to a multiplayer based game, fixing issues that are still in the DS DLCs, fixing issues that result from updates to the base game, and needing to fine tune mechanics to allow them to work in a DST environment. Its an impressive feat and one I adore as someone who has wanted the SW/HAM worlds, but it’s still a significant undertaking!

They said they'll add a teleport rework to consoles, but that was around December. Honestly i've barely used his tree yet due to the trash teleport, especially his affinitys.

Why is every update a Dang boss fight? I am BEYOND exhausted & bored of these kind of updates, now I’m actually just annoyed by them. We wait 4 or more months for a huge high quality update, but we get yet another new boss fight. please tell me Am I alone in feeling this way?
